Founded in 1908 as the Oguro Sake Brewery, the company changed its name to DHC Sake Brewery in 2016 and has continued to brew sake in Kita-ku, Niigata City (formerly Toei City).
Yuten was awarded the gold medal at the "Delicious Sake in a Glass of Wine Award 2020".
The mouthfeel is soft, with an extremely natural flavour and a subtle, pleasant fragrance. After swallowing, the taste quickly fades and the aftertaste is crisp and clean.
Ideal as a food sake. This is the original taste of Niigata.
Recommended temperature: cool in the fridge or at room temperature.
