Mount Naeba is one of Japan's 100 most famous mountains.
Its summit is covered with high-altitude marshland, which in winter becomes a snow-filled rice paddy meadow.
The limpid subterranean water produced by the abundant snow is used.

The sake uses 50% polished rice (Gohyakumangoku) for the koji rice and 50% polished rice (Niigata rice) for the kake rice, allowing you to enjoy the ginjo aroma, smooth mouthfeel and clean taste. It is an excellent accompaniment to any dish.
